Welcome to our website, which went live on 27th January 2009 and has seen many content updates since then! We change the top banner regularly and have just incorporated a new sequence of images for Spring 2010. We hope you like them.

Here are a few introductory notes to help you navigate the various elements of content on this site.


The site is divided into 2 main sections: Ministry and Store. The Ministry section contains articles, books, background information and sample sermons, as well as providing access to the Trust's radio ministry. The Store section allows customers to order from our range of over: 80 books, 1500 audio CDs, and 500 MP3s (as well as a small range of DVDs).


(1) The Ministry Section
This is the 'home' section of our website. It operates with a static menu on the left-hand side of the page and provides access to News items, Featured Articles and Free Items - including copies of a book to download, articles to read on-line, and sample sermons to listen to on-line.


(2) The Store Section
When in the Store section of the website, a different menu appears on the left-hand side of the page. It is a static menu that displays the main categories into which our product range has been divided (books, DVDs, CDs, etc.). At the Store Front, this menu appears on its own, but as soon as a customer moves to a category page, a second menu appears beneath the first. This second menu is dynamic and displays the sub-categories for the category of product that is currently displayed. For example, the Books category is broken down in to Books by MLJ and Books by Others. This becomes most useful when browsing the range of more than 1500 CDs!


(3) Some hints on Searching
The search facility can seem to behave in an unusual way! There are 3 factors to take into account here:

(i) It recognises the logical operators AND, OR, NOT, etc. So if you are searching for a sermon title which includes these words, put the title, or phrase, in quotation marks; e.g. "grieve not"

(ii) Product reference numbers vary slightly in format, some are MLJ.CD5432, whilst others are MLJ.5432mp3; so to search for a sermon reference number, it is best to search for the CD version by keying CD5432 in the search box. If you just key in 5432, the search facility will NOT find either the CD or the MP3 version.

(iii) Alternatively, using the wildcard character, *, finds all items with a particular number. For example, keying *5432 into the search box will find both CD and MP3 versions, plus the 2 versions of the album that includes sermon 5432.
